Mandalas
If you do not know much about mandalas you might like to check out my blog on Mandalas. A mandala is a geometric design within a circle.
There are various mandala colouring books you can buy. One that we have used is called "Kids' Mandalas" by Sterling Publishing Co Inc.
We have spent many happy hours colouring in mandalas. They are a great tool for relaxation, to learn more about yourself and your children and of course, just for fun! It is interesting to reflect on the colours that you choose. You can hang them up on the wall, on the fridge or give them to friends as birthday cards.
I have included a couple of mandalas here and will be adding more over time. All you have to do is print them off and colour them in.
In keeping with my philosophy that we can do things ourselves, I have created the mandalas myself. They are very simple - one is just circles so you can get creative and add any shapes or designs that you like.

Here are some mandalas from Suzi Prsa of Creating Goals. She has created mandalas with a circle theme. We have already had fun colouring these mandalas in, this time with water colour pencils.
